We ship orders 2-3 days a week. If you need something quicker, please email us after your order is placed and we'll do our best to ensure it arrives to you in time.
Please always double check that your shipping address is correct, we are unable to reship orders if you forget to update your most current mailing address. Please double check this. Thank you.
At this time we only ship to Canada, Australia, & Japan. It's possible we can ship to you, email us if you're interested but we do not ship to the UK or EU at this time.
Zizia is not responsible for taxes and duties imposed by your country. You are expected to pay taxes and duties upon receiving your package. Please ensure your shipping address is correct. Zizia is not responsible for replacing packages that customers fail to pickup at their local postal service location due to custom delays.
Due to the nature of our products and size of our company, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges at this time. However, we value your business and you, if you are deeply dissatisfied with your product, please write to us and let us know, we'll do our very best to make something work. We hope you understand.
Did something break?
We avoid using plastic as much as possible in both our product and shipping packaging, which means occasionally products may bust in transit. While it's rare, it happens. If your product busted in transit, please send an image and let us know within 7 days of purchase. We'll ship a fresh one to you ASAP! Thanks for your patience.
Other Product Details:
We are currently perfecting our lollipop manufacturing process, these are hand poured in smaller batches at our kitchen facility. Occasionally, the lollie stick may fall out, the lollie may become melty if left in the heat. If you live in a warmer climate, stick your lollies in the fridge upon their arrival. So far our loyal customers enjoy the effects so much, they don't mind these imperfections but we like to remain transparent about this. Thank you again for your patience as we perfect our process.
Our powders expire ~2 yrs after opening, keep your lid screwed on tight, and remember we do place silica gel packets in each container to reduce moisture and maintain freshness. Our powders do not dissolve in water and in many of the formulas the extra fiber from the plants aids in the formulas positive benefits.
